Vespre, Dave Toennies, Dos Argentes: A Benefit Concert for DXF
Do you love Detroit? Do you get geeked about local music and donating to a local nonprofit? We're speaking your language here. The Detroit Experience Factory, a nonprofit 501(c)(3), invites you to join us for our first ever DXF benefit concert, featuring the sweet sounds of Vespre, Dave Toennies and Dos Argentés.
Join us for an evening of incredible music, fundraising and community, as we wind down an action-packed year. Celebrating the people, places, and businesses that make Detroit amazing is at the core of what we do, and without the support of the community we would not be able to hire tour guides, continue our free programming or staff our pop-up welcome centers. See you there!
Doors, appetizers, beveraging + mingling to begin at 6:30pm, with music beginning at 7:30pm.
General Admission tickets are $30 pre-show and $35 at the door. General Admission with pre-purchase of benefit concert poster are $55, with posters available for sale independently at the show as well.
Silent auction full of amazing donations from community partners to run throughout the evening.
Beer graciously sponsored and provided by Strohs.
Clean Water Campaign - Get Out The Vote (Detroit)
Feat. Vespre, Samuel Seth Bernard, Jenny & Jackie, River Spirit, and The Accidentals
“The main focus of this tour will be putting on super fresh events to pump people up for democracy and water justice. Awesome concerts, short term directives and long term relationship building. There will be speeches from water leaders and get out the vote organizers between bands, organizations present with representatives at tables and materials to distribute and we’ll be showing videos from our featured interview mini doc series.
“Those of us lucky enough to call the Great Lakes our home know that fresh, clean, safe water is our shared identity. Our shared legacy. Our shared responsibility. We’ve found ourselves in the midst of a crisis that will not fix itself. Let’s make some magic happen and change the game together! We hope you’ll join us and we welcome your feedback and questions as we move forward.”
-Seth Bernard, Founder and Director of the Clean Water Campaign for Michigan”
